Return and Refund Policy

At Western Organics We will try our best to pack and send the products as intact as possible. In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on WhatsApp or Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you as soon as possible. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

In the event of receiving a damaged product, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, via on WhatsApp or Email with the Subject – ‘Damaged Package’. We will send across a replacement parcel the next day. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation allowed only till the order gets dispatched.
Refund will happen usually within 4-7 working days. In very unlikely scenarios, it may take more time based on the banking partner.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. Incase of cancellation, you can cancel the order from “My Account – Orders” page before the package gets dispatched from our warehouse. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order is dispatched from the warehouse. No cancellation charge.
